1. Introduction and Consent

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To claim this bonus, you must have an active account and make a minimum deposit of ৳300.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means that to withdraw from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you may withdraw after placing ৳15,000 in bets.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus has its own validity period; any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Each member may use each promotion once only.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, all accounts involved will be closed.
• 35bmw reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.4 VIP Cashback

35bmw has five VIP levels. Weekly cashback is available at each level:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP levels through regular and active play.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The 35bmw platform offers various gaming experiences including live casino, slot games, cricket betting, and jackpot games. The following rules apply to all games:

• Each game has its own rules; you should read them before playing.
• In the case of incomplete bets due to a technical error, the platform's decision shall be considered final.

5.1 Cricket and Sports Betting

Final settlement for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international tournaments will depend on the announcement of official results.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 35bmw platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or transacting using illegal funds.
• Playing games using bots, automation software, or other artificial means.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Fraudulently claiming bonuses or promotions.
• Engaging in abusive behavior toward platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to platform systems.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.
